I put a CellAHome Text To Video Sign rider up on Friday, July 3rd, on one of my listings.
Right away, I received messages that people were texting. I followed up on each one, and the results are.......
- One couple I met at the house and showed it to them. Wasn't for them but made an appt to show houses to them on Saturday. Didn't find what they are looking for, but I am still working with them.
- Two couples followed my suggestion to come to the Open House on Sunday.
- One of those families submitted an offer on Monday. We are working out the details!
Altogether -- I have gotten 6 leads since Friday and it is only Tuesday!!
